• Initial consultation
• 2 prenatal visits

• 24 hour support at 37 weeks of pregnancy until the birth

• Ongoing support during labour and 1 hour postpartum

• 1 postpartum visit with continued breastfeeding support

Birth Doula Package: The “Oh My Gosh – We Need a Doula NOW!”

This package is for those who realize at the last minute: 36 weeks or later, that a
Doula is necessary to aid with their birth.

• Initial consultation
• 1 prenatal visit
• 24 hr support at 37 wks until the birth
• Information regarding choices in childbirth: handouts & discussion
• Ongoing support during labour and birth

Postpartum Doula Package

Customized support for you and your family. May include:

• Half day, full day, evening, or weekend support
• Overnight support when negotiated
• Help with newborn or other siblings
• Running errands
• Providing relief so mom can sleep
• Meal preparation and some cooking
• Childcare so mom +/or dad can have a child-free outing
